All items fully returnable for 2 weeks, for 100% refund, minus all postage. (The law specifies 1 week, but we allow you 2 weeks) In addition, we will accept returns EVEN AFTER USE, for up to 2 weeks from delivery, for a 70% refund, minus all postage. (Please note, this does not apply to custom made items) IMPORTANT - Please note
Vouchers! If you use your Council Nappy voucher to pay for nappies, the returns policy does still apply, but the voucher cannot be returned or refunded. Only exchange is possible where you have paid for an order or part of an order with vouchers.
We strongly recommend that you do a nappy trial before you commit to making a large order of nappies.
Little Pants has a returns policy whereby you can try out your nappy, and return it if it doesn't work well on your child. Every child is different, and different nappies work for different babies.
If when your nappy arrives, you don't like it, or it doesn't look as if it will fit your baby, you can return it within 14 days, provided it is in it's original condition and packaging, for a full refund (not including our or your P&P costs)
If you want to try it, you can return one nappy only of any size or design within 14 days, in a used but clean and undamaged condition, for a 70% refund (not including P&P)
This effectively gives you guaranteed satisfaction from any nappy you buy from Little Pants.

However, please note ONLY ONE NAPPY OF ANY ONE TYPE OR SIZE MAY BE RETURNED IN USED CONDITION.
If you took the free shipping option, our shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
In other words, please don't buy 20 nappies all the same, use them all, and expect to return them all in a used condition. We will only accept one of them back in used condition.
We suggest that if you are not certain about a nappy, purchase one, try it out, and then either return it or purchase more, if you are pleased with it and would like more. I know you probably are keen to get going full time in washable nappies, but think about the tortoise and the hare! We charge postage for small orders, but it's better than spending hundreds of pounds on nappies that don't work for you!
