Cancelling your order
When you make an order, you will receive an email telling you that your order has been received. Your order at that stage is not binding. However, I would just like to point out that your order becomes binding as soon as you receive a second response email. This is very often that your order is packed and awaiting payment, although any other email is also binding, unless it is to tell you that we have a problem with the order.
Failure to pay does not make the order any less binding. Normally items are not shipped until payment is received, but in some cases orders may be shipped before payment has been received. If this happens, you are responsible for all shipping costs, both ways if you wish to return it, unless the item you receive is faulty.
If you wish to cancel an order which has not yet been processed in any way, and you have received no second response, then no charges will apply. However, once an order is packed, it has become binding, and there may be charges to pay, especially if it has already been shipped. (See our conditions of use)
Therefore please, if you wish to cancel an order, contact me as early as you possibly can. If the order has not been shipped, then there are unlikely to be any charges, but sometimes quite a considerable amount of work has been carried out, and time spent, and in these cases a small charge for labour and time, may be charged.
