Free shipping on order totals of £50 or over to UK addresses, EXCLUDING disposable items

If you want your item quickly, please select first class post, and it will be taken to the post office straight away.
Items will not be shipped until payment has cleared or been confirmed.

Returns

PLEASE NOTE - If free shipping option is taken, our shipping costs  will NOT be refunded, should you return the item under our returns policy.

Goods may be returned, within 2 weeks, for a full refund, minus P&P costs, if unused, and in their original condition.

Alternatively, goods may be returned within 2 weeks, in perfect, clean but used condition, for a 70% refund minus P&P costs. However, only one item of any kind may be returned in a used condition, so please do not order 20 nappies all the same, use or wash them all, and expect to return all at a 70% refund! Only 1 may be returned used!
