Shipping & Returns

PLEASE NOTE  - All orders carry a PayPal handling charge of £1.50, but this will be removed after you check out, if you opt to pay by a method other than PayPal, after you check out. Please click here to see a further explanation.

Shipping

Orders will not normally be shipped until payment has cleared or been confirmed. However, your order becomes binding once your first non automatic email has been sent. An automatic email is sent on completion of your order. Your order is not binding at this stage, but becomes binding as soon as the second email is sent. If you cancel your oder after the second email has been sent, a re-stocking charge may apply, especially if we have to contact you to establish why payment has not been made. Failure to pay does NOT cancel your order. If your order is sent before payment arrives, you will be liable for the full order price, plus our postage, and any returns postage which may apply.

IMPORTANT -  small orders

If your order is small in size and weight, it's possibe that it may be cheaper to ship by Royal Mail than by courier. If you think this applies, please contact me before paying, so I can assess the size nd weightt of the order, and look up the Price on Royal Mail's web site.

Returns

PLEASE NOTE - Our shipping costs  will NOT be refunded, should you return the item under our returns policy. 

Goods may be returned, within 2 weeks, for a full refund, minus P&P costs, if unused, and in their original condition.

Alternatively, goods may be returned within 2 weeks, in perfect, clean but used condition, for a 70% refund minus P&P costs. However, only one item of any kind may be returned in a used condition, so please do not order 20 nappies all the same, use or wash them all, and expect to return all at a 70% refund! Only 1 may be returned used!
